5 x 7 Kodak safety negative taken by Rosenfeld and Sons on May 5, 1930. Port bow view of the schooner CAROL (Ex: IRIS, VAGABOND II, ELFAY, JULIA, and OONAS). Vessel seen under sail, small wooden motor yacht seen to far right (FOTO?). CAROL was built by Lawley & Son in South Boston, 1904. She was designed by Cary A. Smith, and measured 103 feet in length. Handwritten on original negative sleeve: "39575F / 5/30/30 / Carol / Box 2813".
