Rigged sailing model of J boat ENTERPRISE. Model mounted on wood cradle and metal prop, both of which rest on decorative wood platform with metal plaque nailed to it: "ENTERPRISE". Model has weighted keel and is painted silver. Cotton sails also included. Bronze turnbuckles, aluminum blocks, wood spars, tiller quadrant. ENTERPRISE: J boat, US America's Cup defender 1930; owned by Harold Vanderbilt, designed by W. Starling Burgess, built by Herreshoff Manufacturing Co., 1930, LOA 120'9".
