The women on the left standing, is Josephine Beiderhase. The woman on the right seated on a horse carrying an American flag is Inez Milholland (Boissevain). Both women are wearing white and banners. Ms. Beiderhase's banner says, "GRAND MARSHALL" and Ms. Milholland's says, "VOTES FOR WOMEN". Handwritten negative sleeve info.: "Jage (sic) / Milholland / Box 215."
