View of Evelyn Sarossy seated in her outboard hydroplane smiling for the camera. She is wearing a checkered shirt, dark jeans and a helmet with a symbol on it. Directly behind her to the left is the outboard motor attached to the transom of her vessel. To the left, right and behind her are male contestants in their boats holding each others hydroplane hulls away from banging into each other including hers. Identification card on her shirt reads, "The Albany - N. Y. / Outboard Ass'n, Inc. / Sunday August 17, 1954 / CONTESTANT".
