Image of kitchen of 599' Harland & Wolff built liner REPUBLIC (built 1903 in Belfast, Ireland). Visible in image: cooks in white hats, chef shirts and assorted pants pluck feathers off pheasants, trim them and prepare them for baking, and cut them up on a slicer inside galley on board ship.
