Image of the 59' schooner, NINA (DS: Burgess; BU: Bigelow, 1928), sail #2, and the 57' sloop, GESTURE (DS: S&S; BU: Quincy, 1941), sail #102, racing against each other in a strong wind. NINA is in the foreground in the center of the image and GESTURE, is to her left with both showing starboard quarter views and both on a starboard tack.
