Image of the starboard side of ROWE is taken through a port hole from another vessel. The image is not centered and the upper right corner of the photo has been clipped off. From Henry Strauss transcript in Sound Archives:"This was in Newport Harbor before the war. And this was the ROWE. Which there were two one stack destroyers. One was called the BUCK and the other was called the ROWE and they operated in the North Atlantic, running convoys to the British. That was the undeclared war."
