5x7 glass plate negative photographed by Rosenfeld and Sons on April 13, 1927 of the Yale crew in their scull coming alongside to the right of their float during a practice session possibly on the Thames River, New London, Connecticut. The chase boat which followed behind during the practice is approaching the float from the left. Two other chase boats are tied to the float and there are two small crewing boats resting on top of the float and three men in suits are watching the crew approach.
