Adams; two wooden sheaves side by side at right, headstay attached to each sheave, wire with eye attached by rubber band to wire with eye (possibly to demonstrate load) and threaded over wooden strut with three grooves cut in strut, mounted on wooden base; handwritten on base "'DOUBLE HEASTAY' - GEAR/ DESIGNED/ FOR/ CHARLES F. ADAMS/ APRIL 18-19.1935 BY BROR TAMM."; handwritten on white label with red border on back "279". May have been designed to be mounted on deck or below deck near stem.
