Kolasa, after 1964; blue wool cap, blue patch on front, printed in white on patch "USCGC/ COURIER"; underside of bill is green; inside trim is white; printed on trim in silver "HARVARD/ SPORTS HEADWEAR/ REG. C.PHC" enclosed within a flag; tag on back of the hat reads, in red "100% Wool/ PITTSBURGH HAT & CAP CO./ HARVARD/ 7 1/4".
