Kolasa, left breast pocket, right inside breast pocket, patch on upper left sleeve indicates first class engine man, two red stripes on bottom of sleeve indicate 4 years of service each, white shield patch on lower right sleeve distinguishes Coast Guard; patch sewn on back reads "Jumper, MAN'S BLUE UNDRESS/ 100% WOOL/ Name/ Service No./ DSA-100-67-C-1991/ Size 44/ CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS/ DRY CLEAN FOR BEST RESULTS/ If dry cleaning is not available, hand launder/ in LUKE WARM water. Use mild soap. Squeeze/ suds through garment.
