Kolasa; insignia is a shield, the top third a solid black with white stars, the bottom two thirds vertical white and black stripes; the package is green and white and contains 6 insignias; on back "INSTRUCTIONS" followed by instructions for applying patch; along bottom on back "INSTRUCTIONS INSIDE PRINTED IN VIETNAMESE", on back "Ask about our 'Iron-On'/ Divison Patches-/ Combat Inf Badges-/ Jump Wings- Pilot/ Wings- and U.S. Army."; price sticker on front ".25".
