Kolasa, after 1966; instructions on how to assemble the Revell Coast Guard Cutter CAMPBELL model kit, one fold out sheet printed on both sides, three panes on each side, the front featuring a short history of the CAMPBELL in the first pane, other panes detail different phases of assemble with pictures as well as painting colors, Revell logo on front upper right hand corner.
