Image of AUSTRALIA II, #KA6, being escorted out to the race course for the 7th and final race by several spectator boats and the Australian motor yacht, BLACK KNIGHT. AUSTRALIA II, #KA6, was a 64' sloop, 12 meter class, sail #KA6, built in 1983 by Steven Wood and designed by Ben Lexcen. AUSTRALIA II, #KA6, was the America's Cup 1983 challenger and victor and took the Cup home to AUSTRALIA for the first time. Image was been remounted.
