35mm color slide photographed by Rosenfeld and Sons in March of 1974. Image of AURA, sail #1169, port forward, leeward, broad reach with all sails set. The spinnaker has a white top and white bottom with blue/ light blue/white/light blue/blue in horizontally in center. The genoa spinnaker has red and white vertical stripes top/yellow middle/blue and white vertical stripes bottom, white jib and white mainsail. AURA was a 49'2" auxiliary sloop built by Palmer Johnson Boat Works of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin from designs by Sparkman & Stephens in 1971. Owner listed in C.C.A. 1974 was Wallace J. Sternhouse, Jr. Mount info. stamped: "(red) 26 / MAR 74N5". Embossed: "MADE IN U.S.A.". Manufacturer's info.: "Kodachrome TRANSPARENCY / PROCESSED BY KODAK".
