The vessel is the 24' Roger McAleer designed Raven Class centerboard sloop VINKY, believed to have been built by Cape Cod Shipbuilding Company of Wareham, Massachusetts. Image of VINKY, sail #31, just after capsizing with two of the crew sitting on the hull and two of the crew clinging to the hull while still in the water.
