Mears (1829-1899); plain white linen pillowcase, most likely hand hemmed, re-stitched in some places, with some non-repaired rips, and a tag on the inside; printed on tag "MOHAWK/ 45x36/ SIZE BEFORE HEMMING"; handwritten on inside near tag "COOK"; most likely belonged to Emma Josephine Van Valkenburgh (daughter of Nellie Mears), and her husband Bertram B.R. Cook.
