Image is a closeup of the crew of the runabout racer, TEASER, standing on the dock with Charles F. Chapman, in the role as an observer for the American Power Boat Association on the left, George J. Mead, driver 2nd to left, and the two mechanics Carl Christiansen and Theodore Carlisle. TEASER was a 39'11" runabout, designed by George F. Crouch for Richard F. Hoyt of New York, New York and built by Henry B. Nevins, Inc. of City Island, New York in 1924. Stamped negative info.: "14852F / [Box] 1245".
