Shell; Pressed flower and shell decoration, before 1862; from the collection of George Elliott (1810-1862); half of a bivalve shell, wide and flat; in the center are several pressed flowers (blue in color), adhered to the shell itself; at the bottom of a shell is a silk ribbon in the same color as the flowers, tied in a bow.
