3 x 2 1/2 safety negative photographed by Rosenfeld and Sons June 5, 1960 during the time of the New York Yacht Club Race. Image of ANITRA, undersail, port beam view. ANITRA was a 69'2" 12 meter sloop when first built by Abeking & Rasmussen in Lemwerder, Germany from designs by Burgess, Rigg & Morgan, Inc. in 1928. An auxiliary gasoline engine was added in 1935 and she was altered to an auxiliary yawl in 1958. Her owner in 1960 was S. Davis Robins. Stamped neg. sleeve info.: "165868F / [Box] 5752".
