WHISTLER was a 38'1" auxiliary yawl built in 1953 by Heidtmann-Werft of Hamburg, Germany from designs by Sparkman & Stephens, Inc. Her owner in 1957 was Edward G. Janeway. Original name was GLEN GARRY and later names were AMIGO in 1954 and then WHISTLER in 1957 and IROLITA in 1968. Stamped negative sleeve info.: "155010F / [Box] 5571".
