14 x 10 silver print of the 12 meter yachts GLEAM and NORTHERN LIGHT under sail, with spinnakers flying. Print apparently made from a photograph by Morris Rosenfeld, July 9, 1938, at the time of the start of the New York Yacht Club Cruise. Visible in image is GLEAM, #US11, under sail in the background, port quarter view, and only the spinnaker and mainsail of NORTHERN LIGHT, #US14, in the foreground running before the wind. The woman in the photograph is Mrs. Dorothy Weekes Buck (wife of W. Porter Buck). Information taken from record for 1984.187.88393F, to which this is identical. There are no Rosenfeld markings on print 2008.33.449.
