Collapsible metal mesh bait trap basket with wire handle for fresh water fishing; bought by the donor's grandfather in the 1920s and used for fishing in lakes and rivers in Massachusetts and Maine. Basket has two tiers of wire mesh with spring loaded trap door on the bottom; upper trap door either missing spring clip or closed by natural flotation. Handle attached to upper basket. Basket fully collapses for storage. Overall fair condition; wire is slightly rusty, sping clip missing from upper trap door, wire mess around the bottom dented in places from use. Overall: 20 x 14 x 14 in.
