Image of HOLIDAY III on September 26th, at rest showing a starboard beam view with guests on the top deck watching the races. Blurry lower left corner from someone's shoulder in the way on the photographer's vessel. HOLIDAY III, ex-JEAN III, ex-SAPPHIRE, was an 80' motor yacht designed and built by the New York Yacht, Launch and Engine Company for J.S.Caldwell of Syracuse, New York in 1929. She was renamed in 1956 as HOLIDAY III and her owner was Linton H. Foster from 1956 to 1958. Stamped neg. sleeve: "162120F / AMERICA'S CUP 1958 / [Box] 5689". Handwritten: "9/26 / Holiday III".
