Chief steward S.A. Agnew; Chef de Cuisine Herman Schurtz. Menu dated Sunday December 28, 1947. Categories include appetizers, soup, fish, eggs, entrees, grill, vegetables, potatoes, cold buffet, salads, dressing, desserts, cheese, and beverages. Left margin of the menu is decorated with indigenous canoes with outrigging, small sailboats, and South Pacific island landscapes. Upper edge softly bent, lower right corner moderately bumped, right edge lightly soiled. In plastic envelope marked "$20". Overall: 11 x 8 3/4 in.
