Photograph of two passengers sitting on a spar, apparently a deck game where they are hitting each other with bags or pillowcases full of something. The caption says "Miles and Mr. Shorrock spar boxing." We know from the passenger list associated with this trip that they are Miles Forwood and Robert Shorrock. There is a crowd of passengers watching. From an album of photos from a 1908 voyage to the Mediterranean on the CARPATHIA. There is a crewman (possibly a deck steward) in a cap watching them. Also visible behind them are at least two lifeboats in their davit.
