Italian Line matchbook, circa 1930. Blue cardboard matchbook with Italian Line company flag circled by “SOCIETÀ ITALIA DI NAVIG. / GENOVA”; back illustrated with a compass rose. Printed on bottom edge “SAFFA / MAGENTA / MINERVA”; no apparent English translation. Interior blank. Eleven of the twenty matches remain. Overall fair condition; matchbook previously used, creased. Overall: 2 1/8 x 1 1/2 x 1/4 in.
