INGERSOLL, lying at the sheerlegs at the Mystic Iron Works wharf, early in 1866; An outboard screw steamer is being overhauled, partially rerigged; small unidentified schooner on the other side of the Iron Works; across the Mystic River, the sidewheel steamer W.
