INGERSOLL, lying at the sheerlegs at the Mystic Iron Works wharf, early in 1866; An outboard screw steamer is being overhauled, partially rerigged; small unidentified schooner on the other side of the Iron Works; across the Mystic River, the sidewheel steamer W. W. COIT is being reconditioned; On reverse is printed "Scholfield & Holmes/ Photographers/ Mystic Bridge, - Ct." See Peterson, Wm. "Mystic Built" page 62.
