Cuban refugee boat ANALUISA; used by Cubans to escape from Cuba to Key West FL in summer of 1994; transom reads "MARIEL"; registration on bow "Fo-454Lta-5A"; built by Luciano Cuadras Fernandez, 1959, Mariel, Cuba; hard chine deadrise hull; carvel-planked over sawn frames; red bottom, white topsides, turquoise rail, mustard deck; all colors heavily weathered; carries lawnmower engine; came to MSM with broken tiller; also pieces of clothing and containers, accessioned separately.
