U.S. Navy regulation enlisted man's blue dress jumper from World War II; blue wool; upper left arm bears insignia of Machinist Mate Second Class; right front breast bears insignia of eagle in a circle embroidered in gold; above left breast pocket are two bars with service ribbons (see 1998.76.6,7); back of neck under collar is printed label "MANUFACTURED BY/ NAVAL CLOTHING FACTORY/ NAME/ RATE"; handwritten on Name line "David Osborne"; handwritten on Rate line "2. CLASS Co. (illegible)".
