U. S. Navy WAVES blue dress jacket from World War II belonging to Yeoman First Class Carol H. Norman; dark blue wool with lining; Waves insignia patches of 3-bladed propeller and fouled anchor sewn on both sides of lapel; rank patch sewn on upper left arm of white eagle, white crossed feathers, three red chevrons; patch of 3 red service stripes on lower left sleeve; 4 gilt buttons sewn on and reinforced with small blue buttons; name badge (1997.157.46) pinned on right breast pocket flap "NORMAN".
