Elaborately carved ivory jagging wheel, edge or alternating "U" right side up and upside down, 4 spokes of carved palmettes for wheel, axle made of bent metal nail; wheel does not turn freely; handle of open work columns curved in U shape ending in 3-pronged fork; 4 free moving ivory balls in columns, base of columns curved with leaf design on sides and vine design on bottom.
