Whale tooth, decorated with green colored initials M.R.L. carved on. Initials are above red and black urn and leaf motifs, cat in lower left. Reverse: 3/4 figure of a woman with her left hand upraised, palm out. Red, green and black inks. Both sides inscribed with dots and short straight lines. Design is pin-prick work from an illustration, has saw tooth border at butt end. 3 holes drilled in reverse, 2 holes in tip, several chips on side.
