Scrimshaw block

Single sheave cheek block made of whalebone. Three rusted pieces of hardware hold the block together at the bottom edge. Top of one half of block extends out; extension has a hole through the center for attaching. Wheel inside block is also whalebone and is attached with a whalebone peg through its center.
