Whale tooth, decorated with American colors, portrait of President Zachary Taylor, eagle, cannon, drum, wreath, bayonet, sword. Side 1: engraved with US symbols, eagle with ribbon "HONOUR THE BRAVE", profile bust portrait of President Taylor in wreath, swords, bayonets. Side 2: US flags, 2 cannons, drum, shield, cannon balls. All around bottom US shield scallop decoration, green and red colored, on both sides deep holes drilled for wreath berries and parts of swords.
