Rounded tapered whalebone staff. Ivory handle in the shape of an arm bent at the elbow. Clenched fist. Thin section of baleen cuts through the forearm. Below the handle are a series of alternating sections of horn and a dark red unidentified wood. "Arm" above the elbow is cracked; plaster repair.
